When will items be restocked?
Simply enter your email address in the out of stock listing to be notified when restocked. We restock and stock new items on a daily basis. On occasion, we will re-stock inventory based on what our customers want. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can also subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram for restock updates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 8 business days for processing. We do not ship out on Saturday and Sunday. After this, in the United States, it will take 1-3 business days for Priority Mail and 2-5 business days for First class mail to deliver. International orders can anticipate their package to arrive in10-30 business days. Sometimes we experience postal delays that are out of our control. Please allow 1-3 extra days to process your order during sales.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, we are not responsible. If your package gets stolen off your front porch, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package or arrange a pickup with your local post office (through shipping carrier). If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the order within 7 business days.
Will you email me with a tracking number when my order is shipped out?
-You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear.
How can I pay?
- We currently accept all Credit Cards as forms of payment.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
Once your order hits our database, it begins getting processed immediately. Because of this, we DO NOT honor cancellations. If you placed an order for the wrong size, or duplicated your order use our contact form to get in touch with us. We do honor refunds for accidental duplicate orders.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date(We do not refund at this time). All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. Any items bought at 50% off or more are final sale.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 1-3 business days. Damaged items will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. We do not accept returns on lingerie, swim, or sale items. Please allow your store credit to take up to 72 hours to process once we receive your return.The store credit does not include any shipping costs paid (this does not pertain to customers who scored free shipping). Items returned with stains, odor, excessive hair, or damage will encounter a 25% reduction to store credit. Defective items will receive a replacement free of charge. When contacting us about a damaged item please include a photo of the damaged item, packing slip, and packaging for faster service.
Why was my bank account charged more than once for my order?
-Please allow 24-72 hours for the charges to drop. If the charges do not drop please contact your bank. There is nothing we can do about duplicate charges, this happens every time a card is declined.
Taxes & Duties:
- We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Where is your vintage sourced?
-By definition, vintage items are pre-owned goods that date back 20 years or later. Vintage is pre-worn/used and occasionally one of a kind. We source our vintage section from many places, all over the world. We thrift shop on a daily basis and work with reselllers who supply us vintage in bulk. Vintage is sold as-is and is 100% pre-loved, unless noted otherwise. We recommend that you dry clean pretty much everything, especially vintage. Or do like we do, and give it a few dust beatings in the wind.

Return PolicyIf you don't like your items for any reason, you can submit your return for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Clearance items and lingerie are final sale. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 7 business days for the store credit to hit your inbox. Use this credit to snag the right size, different color, or whatever your heart desires. Plus, you can hold onto your credit because it never expires. The store credit does not include original shipping costs paid. Items sent back used or passed the 30 day mark are seized.
Defective items will receive a replacement free of charge. In the small chance that the wrong items are sent, if still in stock, the original items ordered will be resent free of charge upon return of the incorrect item. A return label will be provided to the customer. If the original items are not in stock, a store credit will be issued. Please understand we are human and it is our nature to make mistakes (however we aim for perfection when it comes to packaging your goodies). Shipping charges are final and cannot be refunded.
Domestic: If your package is returned to us, we will notify you immediately so we can get the package back to you ASAP after return costs are paid. The customer is held responsible for the re-shipment costs under any circumstance. If not paid, a store credit will be issued. International: International packages are not returned to the US. When making a purchase at darhkportal the customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route. If customs should confiscate or return the merchandise to us, the customer is still responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping charges. darhkportal is not responsible for confiscated items. Packages with invalid address will be treated as abandoned at your local post office.
